Rooms are available from 12:00 p.m.

We have private outdoor parking at a daily cost of 15 euros.

From 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

What kind of breakfast is served?

Breakfast is buffet style with table service for coffee and hot drinks

Where is breakfast served in the summer? And in the winter?

In summer, it's served on the ground floor terrace. In winter, it's served in the restaurant on the first floor

Does breakfast also include products for those who are allergic/intolerant to gluten and lactose?

Yes

The restaurant is located on the first floor

What are the restaurant’s opening hours?

Lunch: 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. Dinner: 7:30 p.m. –8:30 p.m.

What kind of cuisine does the restaurant offer?

Every day there's a buffet of appetizers, vegetables, side dishes, and desserts for both lunch and dinner. You can choose from 3 first courses and 3 main courses. Two or three times a week there's a themed buffet dinner.

Do the meals include options for people with gluten or lactose allergies or intolerances?

No, but we take note of any allergies or intolerances and prepare tailored meals when needed.

I'm vegan. What does your Full Board package include?

First and main courses with side dishes suitable for those who have chosen a vegan diet

How does the Half Board service work?

Generally, those who choose half-board service enjoy breakfast and dinner (breakfast and lunch can also be arranged).

How does the Full Board work during summer?

Stays typically begin with lunch and end with breakfast. If the stay begins with dinner, it ends with lunch.

Are drinks included?

Drinks are not included, except in the “All Inclusive” option

Is it possible to make up for meals not taken as part of half board or full board?

As a rule, it is not possible to make up for meals not taken

Are the rooms carpeted?

No, none of the hotel rooms have carpeting

Is it possible to smoke in the room?

No, all rooms in the hotel are non-smoking. We ask that you respect this rule to ensure the comfort of future guests and to prevent smoke from setting off the fire alarm

Are pets allowed?

Small and medium-sized pets are allowed with a daily supplement of 10 euros

Yes

Are bicycles available?

No, the hotel does not provide bicycles.

How is the beach service organized?

The hotel's designated beaches are No. 86/87, No. 85, and No. 84, but guests can go wherever they like

Which package includes the beach?

The beach is included in the "All Inclusive" option

If I book the beach, where will my parasol be placed?

If the beach is booked with the "All Inclusive" option, the parasol will be positioned from the 5th row onwards after the tents

Can I book a parasol in the front row or closer to the shore?

If the beach is not part of an “All-Inclusive” package, we recommend contacting the lifeguard directly to reserve the row of your choice

What does the ALL INCLUSIVE package include?

The “All-Inclusive” package includes mineral water and house wines at mealtimes and beach service consisting of 1 parasol and 2 sunbeds per room at our partner beach (No. 85), starting from the 5th row onward

How much is the supplement for the ALL INCLUSIVE package?

The supplement is 20 euros per day and person

Do I need to bring beach towels in my suitcase?

No, the hotel offers beach/pool towels for a deposit which is returned upon departure.

Is it possible to connect to the internet?

Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the property

Is it necessary to pay a deposit?

To confirm the reservation, a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay is required. The booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit.

What are the payment methods?

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers.
Instant bank transfers can be made up to 24 hours before your arrival or departure date.

Is it possible to request an invoice?

Of course, and to speed up check out, please provide your details upon arrival

Is it possible to pay for the stay at any time?

For administrative reasons, it is possible to pay the bill after 7:30 a.m. or before 9:00 p.m.
